The Middlesex Group LLC (TMG) has served as a principal engineering and program management consultant on both large and small contracts, all task order based. TMG holds prime contracts with the General Services Administration, the Executive Office of the President, FEDSIM and private firms. The assigned tasks focus on applying advanced portfolio management, schedule, budget and engineering technology to asset and installation infrastructure improvements, investment decisions and construction/installation restoration operations.

At the specific operational end of Construction Management, TMG operates a successful Construction Division developing real property in Middlesex County, Virginia. These developments include operations at Cedar Pointe and Whiting Creek, Virginia.

At the dynamic construction, simulation, modeling, financial and professional engineering end of the spectrum, TMG is a prime or first tier subcontractor on each of the following major projects, controlling management and technology supporting Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense.

bulletNaval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC): Principal developer and Program Manager for the Navy's NORM program. NORM supports the Navy's total site restoration and construction programs including scheduling, budget, risk management, cost estimating, cost to complete, reports, modeling and audits. This fully fielded financial management and construction program supports NAVFAC worldwide. TMG recently completed a pilot financial liability audit of this multi-billion-dollar investment.
bulletExecutive Office of the President (EOP): Enterprise Architecture, supporting OCIO, OMB and all White House operating agencies such as the Department of the Treasury.
bulletWhite House Communications Agency (DISA): Basis design and technology portfolio management for the organization including staffing, information technology and communications systems.
bulletCommander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC): Asset Management support command selection and reduction of facilities and construction related systems for major NAVFAC investments.
bulletDefense Intelligence Agency (DIA): TMG is a first tier subcontractor to SMEI and SAIC for the development of geospatial automater major military and medical intelligence gathering systems.

 

In addition to these recent engagements, TMG key personnel have provided scheduling and management support services on the following notable projects:
 
bulletUS Department of Labor: Primavera P6 implementation to support $100M in annual projects over multiple years.
bulletEODIS NASA, GSFC: CPM scheduling during tenant build-out work and building occupancy for 200K sq.ft. building.
bulletAML, NIST: Scheduling and project controls in support of the construction of a 500K sq. ft. $200M sophisticated multi-building laboratory facility.

The Principal Staff of TMG holds DoD Clearances including TS/SCI and above. Most have graduate level training in engineering, finance and/or information technology. Many are Professional Engineers with graduate degrees and expertise with advanced management tools such as Primavera, MCASES, PACES and ESRI products.
